Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack

Job Summary

Leading a geographically distributed team, the full-time salaried Lead Engineer - Mobile & Full-Stack will own the architecture and delivery of mobile and web applications, driving technical excellence and collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture, quality, and delivery of the React Native mobile application and React JS web surfaces across iOS and Android
• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile and web features, managing technical scoping, release processes, and production monitoring
• Mentor and manage a distributed engineering team, fostering a strong engineering culture and ensuring high-quality software development practices

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on mobile (React Native) and full-stack development
• Strong understanding of native iOS (Swift / Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) technologies
• Proven full-stack capability, comfortable owning or collaborating on BFF / API layers
• Deep expertise in React Native, React JS, TypeScript / JavaScript, and Node.js
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and open-source technologies
