Job Summary
Developing technical solutions for order management systems, the full-time Lead Engineer, Order Management will analyze user needs, design software solutions, and troubleshoot issues to enhance the customer experience, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and design solutions for omni-fulfillment and digital platform e-commerce migration projects
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using IBM Sterling OMS
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and performance issues in the order management system to ensure a smooth fulfillment experience
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in software development and design, particularly in order management systems
- Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS and related technologies
