Lead Engineer - Steam Turbine

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects, the full-time salaried Lead Engineer - Steam Turbine will manage complex steam turbine issues, facilitate collaboration among engineering and design teams, and provide technical support for installations and outages in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical resolutions for complex steam turbine issues while mentoring others in the field
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs
• Lead Root Cause Analysis initiatives and provide support for new unit installations and critical issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent on-job training in steam turbine installation/maintenance
• Demonstrated expertise in steam turbine design, installation, and/or maintenance
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects to completion
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and technical presentations
