Lead Engineer with AI Expertise

Job Summary

To enhance law school admission technology, the full-time Engineer Lead with AI Expertise will develop and implement Generative AI solutions for test prep and driver applications, ensuring alignment with engineering best practices and stakeholder satisfaction while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deliver Generative AI features while maintaining application reliability and coding standards
• Champion the adoption of AI practices across the engineering organization by creating enablement programs and coaching team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and ensure technical dependencies are addressed in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in full stack software engineering
• B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience with GitHub Copilot and Generative AI practices
• Proficiency in Azure technologies and familiarity with machine learning fundamentals
• Experience in coaching and mentoring engineers on AI integration and best practices
