Lead Engineer with Generative AI
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lead Engineer with Generative AI experience, this remote position will manage the development of features and applications, ensuring alignment with engineering best practices and enterprise architecture while driving Generative AI adoption across the engineering organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deliver Generative AI solutions to enhance products and internal tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application reliability and advocate for product team needs
- Lead enablement programs to coach and mentor engineers on integrating AI into daily workflows and practices
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in full stack software engineering
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience with GitHub Copilot and Generative AI practices
- Azure certifications preferred, including AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate)
- Experience in machine learning fundamentals or applied AI/ML preferred
