Lead Engineer with .NET Expertise, seeking a full-time remote Technical Lead to engage in hands-on software development, architecture, and team leadership while driving AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement critical features and platform components while owning technical architecture decisions
• Lead a small agile team, manage delivery commitments, and mentor engineers through regular feedback and pair programming
• Drive the adoption of AI development tools and identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into the platform

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including production systems at scale
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET, with strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior engineering lead role with direct team ownership
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and a commitment to advancing AI adoption in engineering
• Proven track record in designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
