Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-velocity engineering team and architect a cloud-native infrastructure
• Drive AI-powered automation across various clinical operations and integrate AI into EMR workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering velocity supports organizational strategy

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software architecture and engineering design
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Python, SQL, and healthcare data formats (HL7/FHIR preferred)
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-based workflows and EMR-integrated automation
• Background in high-growth or healthcare regulated environments
• Proven ability to convert strategy into actionable deliverables
