Job Summary
Leading environmental assessment and permitting services, the full-time Lead Environmental Planner will manage multi-discipline workflows and ensure quality deliverables for clients in various sectors, working remotely or in hybrid settings from locations including Seattle, Redmond, Bend, Portland, or Boise.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and reviewing NEPA, SEPA, and CEQA environmental documents
- Developing environmental compliance strategies and preparing related documentation
- Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets while mentoring early career environmental planners
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of post-education work experience
- Experience in developing environmental documentation for NEPA, SEPA, CEQA, EFSC, and/or EFSEC compliance
- Proven ability to complete environmental permit applications and supporting analyses
- Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel
