Lead EPMO Operations

Job Summary

To enhance operational project infrastructure, the full-time Lead EPMO Operations & Enablement will manage stakeholder engagement, design knowledge management systems, and ensure alignment across EPMO functions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with EPMO functions and stakeholders to align reporting, tooling, templates, and workflows
• Lead the design and governance of the EPMO knowledge management ecosystem, ensuring effective information structure and maintenance
• Develop executive storytelling assets to communicate EPMO performance and operational improvements to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in PMO operations, enablement, or organizational effectiveness
• Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent project management experience
• 2 years of direct involvement in strategy, transformation, or organizational change initiatives
• Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint, including site architecture and content governance
