Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead SaaS Techno-Functional Analyst (ERP).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the innovation of technology
Deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers, resolving non-technical inquiries and technical issues regarding Electronic Support Services
Act as a technical support expert in Oracle product usage in complex, open systems implementation environments

Required Qualifications:

12+ years of demonstrated ability with ERP solutions and 3+ years with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations/support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven professional/ technical experience with an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level (preferably Oracle)
