Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ERP Finance Analyst C2H.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead technical consultant during the Workday Financials implementation
Oversee system configuration, integration, and stakeholder management
Lead system upgrades, regression testing, and Workday release cycle management

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Workday Financials modules implementation and configuration
Proven experience as a Technical Finance Analyst in a healthcare environment
Hands-on experience with ERP transitions, preferably from PeopleSoft to Workday
Advanced knowledge of security frameworks and role-based access models within Workday
Must be available to start on or around March 1, 2026
