Lead ERP Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Leading ERP implementations for apparel and textile clients, the full-time Lead ERP Implementation Consultant will guide customers through the entire deployment lifecycle of Exenta ERP, ensuring alignment with industry-specific processes while managing complex relationships and resolving escalated issues remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Exenta ERP, including discovery, requirements definition, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring best practices and alignment between business processes and system capabilities
• Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget while managing multiple engagements simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementations, particularly in the apparel and/or textile industry
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and translate business requirements into system configurations
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
