Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Solution ERP Engineer to join their Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support client implementations of the AP automation platform with Epicor, NetSuite, or Syspro
Assist the sales team in demonstrating how the platform can streamline and protect accounts payable
Provide exceptional technical support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Epicor, NetSuite, or Syspro
Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, especially Accounts Payable
Comfortable reading and understanding code related to integrations and data flows
Confident and professional when interacting with customers
Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid team setup
