Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Escalation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer logs and set up environments to reproduce customer conditions
  • Provide initial analysis to the support team and forward escalations to the engineering team
  • Coordinate meetings with engineers to address complex issues and suggest product enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree, Engineering degree, PhD, or higher education in engineering, computer science, or a technical field
  • Solid knowledge of TIBCO EBX
  • Experience in debugging software code and building environments using containers and Java EE
  • Customer-oriented focus with a strong ability to interact and coordinate with peers
  • Experience in triaging escalations and assisting support teams
