Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Escalation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer logs and set up environments to reproduce customer conditions
- Provide initial analysis to the support team and forward escalations to the engineering team
- Coordinate meetings with engineers to address complex issues and suggest product enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree, Engineering degree, PhD, or higher education in engineering, computer science, or a technical field
- Solid knowledge of TIBCO EBX
- Experience in debugging software code and building environments using containers and Java EE
- Customer-oriented focus with a strong ability to interact and coordinate with peers
- Experience in triaging escalations and assisting support teams
