Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Escalation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer logs and set up environments to reproduce customer conditions
• Provide initial analysis to the support team and escalate issues to the engineering team
• Coordinate meetings with engineers to address complex issues and suggest product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of TIBCO EBX
• Experience in debugging software code
• Experience with containers, Java EE, and EBX for environment setup
• Master's degree, Engineering degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in a technical field
• Strong customer orientation focus
