Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time Lead Estimator for Special Projects will manage the estimation process for multi-site and special-project work, including remodels and rollouts, while working remotely in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, timely estimates for various special projects, including retrofits and tenant improvements
- Develop unit pricing and repeatable pricing models for multi-location programs
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to validate pricing and scope assumptions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of estimating experience in construction or related trades
- Experience with multi-site or high-volume project work
- Strong understanding of labor, material, and subcontractor pricing
- Proficiency with estimating software and project documentation tools
- Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines
