Lead Estimator - Solar

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Estimator - Solar + BESS.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Perform quantity takeoffs across electrical, civil, and structural scopes
• Coordinate pricing with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience (renewable energy, electrical construction, or infrastructure preferred)
• Experience preparing detailed construction cost estimates and reviewing contractor bids
• Familiarity with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, ProEst, Primavera, or Excel
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and project documentation
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, procurement, and development teams
