Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Executive Talent Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage passive candidates
• Partner with recruiters to refine sourcing and assessment approaches
• Lead special research projects and conduct primary and secondary research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
• 6+ years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience, analytics, or talent management
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches and projects
• Expertise in talent market analysis and talent intelligence methodologies
• Analytical experience to create and scale efficient workflows between candidates and recruiting teams
