Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to define strategy, objectives, and vision for user experience across platforms
• Inspire and direct the design team to efficiently build towards a meaningful vision
• Provide mentorship and ensure consistency in end-to-end user experiences across products

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
• Ability to articulate and lead the design process for teams
• Excellent visual, interaction, and/or service design skills
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Systems-thinking approach to design, considering both digital and offline experiences
