Lead Facets Product Consultant
Job Summary
Providing deep expertise in the Facets platform, the full-time Lead Facets Product Consultant will lead solution design initiatives and optimize Facets configuration architecture for healthcare clients, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Facets Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic guidance on configuration design and optimization
- Lead requirements discovery workshops and design sessions to translate business needs into scalable Facets solutions
- Evaluate current Facets environments and develop roadmaps for optimized future-state architecture with performance improvement recommendations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in healthcare payer environments
- Proven experience as a Facets SME, Product Consultant, Functional Lead, or Design Specialist
- Strong expertise across Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, Claims, and ITS functionality
- Experience leading requirements gathering and solution design workshops with business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Facets configuration solutions
