Job Summary
To support the undergraduate and graduate Human Resources Management programs, the part-time Lead Faculty in Human Resources will develop course content, provide faculty leadership and mentorship, teach courses, and participate in university committees, all while working remotely for 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance course content, activities, and assignments for high-quality learning experiences
- Teach undergraduate and graduate Human Resources courses and serve as a substitute instructor when needed
- Mentor and evaluate adjunct faculty, administer course schedules, and participate in scholarship and professional development activities
Required qualifications
- Earned doctorate in Human Resources Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five years of practical experience in various human resources disciplines
- At least five years of university-level teaching experience, including both undergraduate and graduate instruction
- Knowledge of higher education regulations, compliance requirements, and accrediting agencies
- Preferred professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP)
