Lead Federal Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Technical Intake Process for federal healthcare initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Federal Project Manager will coordinate feasibility analyses, governance, and resource alignment while managing cross-functional teams across multiple federal clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for technical intake activities across the federal program, ensuring consistent processes are applied
• Collaborate with Project Managers to remove blockers and advance Technical Intake Process requests through feasibility analysis
• Maintain program documentation and status reporting, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the request lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant project or program management experience
• Strong federal program management experience with the ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams
• Demonstrated experience in managing technical intake, feasibility analysis, and project lifecycle processes
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
• Experience with Federal EHR programs and large-scale healthcare technology implementations preferred
