Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Proposal Writer to manage the proposal development lifecycle for federal government solicitations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the proposal effort from solicitation review through final submission
• Write and edit technical, management, and past performance volumes, ensuring compliance with solicitation instructions
• Conduct solutioning sessions with technical SMEs and engineers to extract and shape content into evaluation-ready proposal language

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience writing and managing federal government proposals
• Demonstrated success in supporting or leading winning proposals
• Background in IT services proposals, including cybersecurity and IT modernization
• Proven ability to work directly with technical SMEs and engineers
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance requirements
