Lead Field Services Engineer
Job Summary
As a fully remote opportunity, the Lead Field Services Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HMI and control systems, ensuring operational excellence and cybersecurity in complex industrial environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HMI, SCADA, and control system hardware and software
- Troubleshoot complex HMI and control issues to ensure plant availability and system performance
- Act as the primary technical contact on-site, coordinating project execution and maintaining documentation
Required qualifications
- Substantial experience in HMI, SCADA, or turbine control systems in power generation or industrial settings
- Proficiency with HMI/SCADA platforms and familiarity with GE control platforms or similar automation architecture
- Practical understanding of industrial networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls) and Windows environments
- Eagerness to grow expertise in OT cybersecurity and translate technical knowledge into secure operational outcomes
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is highly valued
