Lead Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Finance Analyst / Service Delivery Manager - SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for client programs and operations
• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding service delivery performance and ensure contract compliance
• Develop and maintain SLAs and KPIs to monitor service quality and resolve delivery issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in federal financial management or financial analysis
• 5 years of experience in managing or supporting service delivery functions in a federal contracting environment
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and cost accounting standards (CAS)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with government clients
