A company is looking for a Lead Finance Analyst to join their Financial Planning and Analysis team.

• Lead budget and expense management processes and analysis
• Execute financial and non-financial project work ensuring timely and accurate results
• Build collaborative relationships with business partners to improve processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting practices, preferably in the insurance industry
• Aptitude for technical learning and applying it to business problems
• Experience in expense management, budgeting, and allocation practices
• Self-driven with the ability to influence change with minimal supervision
• Advanced level degree or equivalent experience in a finance-related field is preferred
