Lead Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a partner-driven sales organization, the full-time remote Lead Finance Analyst will provide strategic financial analysis, develop business cases, and manage forecasting and budgeting activities to influence key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and analytical support to partner sales and cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop and evaluate business cases, financial models, and scenario planning for strategic initiatives
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities aligned with partner-driven revenue streams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related strategic finance role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
