Lead Finance Analyst
Job Summary
To drive financial reporting and strategic analysis in a complex shared services environment, the full-time Lead Finance and Accounting Analyst will manage monthly close activities, deliver executive-level dashboards, and support quarterly forecasting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead monthly cost allocation and accrual processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial results
- Develop and present monthly financial dashboards and variance analyses to senior leadership
- Execute quarterly forecasting cycles and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for alignment and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Familiarity with large data sets and financial systems like Cognos or Costpoint
