Lead Finance Analytics AI/ML

Job Summary

Owning the data warehouse and finance AI enablement strategy, the full-time remote Lead Finance Analytics AI/ML will provide actionable insights, manage partner relationships, and lead a team to optimize GCP infrastructure and establish data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions based on finance and data analytics
• Own the data warehouse strategy and execution of the finance ledger
• Create and implement the Finance AI automation roadmap in collaboration with FP&A and accounting teams

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in travel and/or SaaS
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Fluency in SQL, Python, GCP, and Data Science with hands-on coding ability
• Understanding of LLM-based systems and AI model evaluation frameworks
• Strong data reconciliation skills across large, multi-source datasets
