Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the financial models and analyses that drive strategic planning and pricing, the full-time Lead Financial Analyst will work remotely to partner with the VP of Finance & Revenue Strategy, focusing on unit economics, GTM performance, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the operating model and long-range plan end-to-end
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting cycles
• Run RevOps analytics for sales and marketing performance, including pipeline and channel ROI

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a SaaS startup or high-growth tech finance role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong finance fundamentals with advanced financial modeling skills
• Experience with BI tools and structured data analysis
• Familiarity with GTM/RevOps analytics and deal structuring
