Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present customized financial reports for executives, highlighting key metrics and insights
• Develop accurate financial forecasts and monitor key financial performance indicators
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities impacting financial forecasts and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling/reporting software
• Experience in managing EBITDA and contributing to profitability improvement strategies
