Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst - Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop FP&A acumen with leaders through hands-on, real-time decision support and coaching
• Assess and anticipate decision makers' needs by building partnerships and uncovering unmet needs
• Provide in-depth decision support to executives and equip leaders with decision-making tools and dashboards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of corporate FP&A experience, ideally in a mid-to-large company
• Expert knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers, sales optimization, and margin management
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, DAX formulas, and experience with BI tools like PowerBI
