Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Financial Analyst, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Estimates at Complete (EAC)
• Oversee the month-end closing process and validate financial data for assigned contracts
• Develop financial forecasts, manage subcontractor analysis, and identify program risks and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Experience in contract cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prior experience with international commercial contracts
• Full cycle product finance experience, including supply chain and inventory
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Costpoint, Cognos, and Oracle Analytics preferred
