A company is looking for a Lead Financial Accounting Analyst to serve as a strategic partner for global leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer financial narratives and transform data into visual intelligence for decision-making
• Develop financial models and dashboards while ensuring data integrity and anticipating risks
• Collaborate with CFOs and project leaders to support multiple business units in a multinational environment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with accounting functions such as AP, AR, and financial statement preparation
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex formulas
• Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle, and data reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
