Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting strategic decision-making, the full-time salaried Lead Financial Analyst will develop financial models, analyze claims volume trends, and build automated reporting solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Perform variance analyses and analyze claims volume and cost drivers to enhance business performance
• Design automated dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, FP&A, or related analytical finance roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus)
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel (including Power Query/PowerPivot)
• Exceptional analytical thinking and presentation skills
