Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Lead Financial Analyst, the successful candidate will administer reinsurance treaties, implement process improvements, and analyze automation opportunities within reinsurance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Administer reinsurance agreements, preparing settlements and reports
• Identify and implement improvements in workstream processes and automation
• Review and validate reinsurance settlement reports for accuracy and completeness

Required qualifications

• BA degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of reinsurance finance experience with a life insurance focus
• Experience with admin systems and ledger data
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Working knowledge of AI tools for financial analysis and reporting
