Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in a remote, full-time capacity, this role will manage planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while partnering with senior leaders across various departments to drive financial clarity and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Analyze financial performance and SaaS metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Build scalable financial models and improve reporting frameworks to enhance decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance with end-to-end ownership of planning
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders through financial analysis
• Full P&L exposure and experience in annual budget cycles
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
