Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the International Plan/Re-forecast cycle, the full-time Lead Financial Analyst will conduct variance analysis, support international finance teams, and maintain the International Trend Report while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze full P&L variances and summarize key variance explanations
• Coordinate and analyze the Plan/Forecast cycle, ensuring robust client and expense forecasts
• Produce in-depth analysis for Lifestyle FP&A stakeholders and collaborate with in-country FP&A teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analytics and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in strategic planning and knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Understanding of business issues related to the insurance or financial services industry
