Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Lead Financial Analyst will perform cost and financial analysis, assist with budget preparation, and serve as a resource for other analysts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data from various internal sources
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
• Consult with management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of applicable job-specific experience
• Preferred 2 years of leadership or management experience
• Strong financial and analytics background
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
