Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Finance team across North America, the full-time Lead Strategic Financial Analyst will tackle complex business questions, build financial models, and improve forecasting while working remotely within EST/EDT hours.

Key responsibilities

• Take on complex, open-ended questions that span multiple parts of the business and bring structure to ambiguity
• Build financial models and analysis from the ground up to answer strategic questions and support business decisions
• Own the monthly and quarterly finance rhythm, partnering closely with business teams on reviews and reporting

Required qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills, including building driver-based models and three-statement analysis
• Experience working directly with data, including SQL or an equivalent querying tool and a BI platform
• Ability to challenge assumptions and numbers while building trusted relationships with business partners
• Experience working in a complex business with multiple revenue streams or business models
• Strong business curiosity and the ability to dig into data to understand key drivers of performance
