Lead Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Lead Financial Analyst will build scalable financial models, perform detailed P&L analyses, and integrate operational metrics into financial frameworks while serving as a technical lead for other analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed financial models and outputs to support strategic initiatives
• Perform end-to-end P&L analyses across multiple organizational tiers
• Integrate non-financial operational drivers into financial models and reporting

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP and database platforms such as OCI, Sage Intacct, or SAP
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare operations is a plus
