Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Operations Specialist-Grant Financial Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of financial projects and support departmental leadership in assessing improvement opportunities
• Manage award finances, including reconciliations, sponsor invoicing, and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations and support audits while implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated team leadership
• Experience managing post-award financials for federally funded research studies
• Working knowledge of sponsored research regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with grant financial management systems and institutional ERP systems
