Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Operations Specialist-Grant Financial Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of financial projects and initiatives to support business unit goals
• Manage award finances, perform reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify and resolve financial issues to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated team leadership
• Experience in post-award financial management for sponsored research
• Knowledge of sponsored research regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with grant financial management systems and ERP systems
