Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance routines for the Value Office, ensuring effective tracking and follow-through on initiatives
• Conduct Monthly Variance Analysis and enhance forecasting models to support financial decision-making
• Develop executive-level financial materials and provide structured insights into portfolio health and initiative progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in a finance or analytical role within the finance sector
• Preferred: MBA/MS in a quantitative or analytical discipline
• Experience in building Excel-based financial models and understanding healthcare financial reporting
• Proficient in Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, and data analysis software
