Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Fishery Management Analyst - Data, Scientific Analysis & Compliance Support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of Fishery Management Plans (FMPs), amendments, and regulatory action packages
Oversee scientific analysis, technical writing, and NEPA compliance
Coordinate with NMFS Regional Offices and participate in Fishery Management Council processes

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in fisheries science, marine biology, environmental science, or related field
Experience developing Fishery Management Plans or amendments
Familiarity with Magnuson-Stevens Act and NEPA
Seven (7) or more years of experience in fisheries management actions
Experience supporting NMFS, Regional Offices, or Fishery Management Councils
