Lead Fixture Purchasing Agent

Job Summary

Managing core financial and business processes for small fixture requests, the full-time Lead Fixture Purchasing Agent will oversee budgeting, planning, and forecasting while collaborating with internal business partners and field leadership teams, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build training materials and train purchasing agents on best practices for purchase orders and accounts payable
• Support Merchandising rollouts by creating fixture purchase orders and acting as a liaison between Merchandising and shipping vendors
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on Merchandising rollouts and assist in the financial closeout of all related projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an analytical field
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, with a focus on planning and forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with various internal contacts
