Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Fleet Client Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair technician custody
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation in all systems
  • Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and encourage advance scheduling of repairs
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Common knowledge of the trucking industry and experience with fleet maintenance is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
