Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Follow-Up Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with new leads, including conducting outbound calls to cold and inactive leads
- Manage and update lead records in the CRM, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of lead activity
- Send follow-up messages and maintain consistent communication with leads to ensure no inquiries go unanswered
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Follow Up Boss or similar CRM software
- Intermediate experience level (3-5 years) in lead qualification and management
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and appointment setting
- Experience in real estate lead generation or CRM management
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously
