Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Follow-Up Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with new leads, including conducting outbound calls to cold and inactive leads
  • Manage and update lead records in the CRM, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of lead activity
  • Send follow-up messages and maintain consistent communication with leads to ensure no inquiries go unanswered
Required Qualifications
  • Experience using Follow Up Boss or similar CRM software
  • Intermediate experience level (3-5 years) in lead qualification and management
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines and appointment setting
  • Experience in real estate lead generation or CRM management
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously
