Job Summary

Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing AI and data solutions on the Databricks platform in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify high-value data and AI use cases for Databricks
• Design and deploy production-grade data and AI solutions using Databricks capabilities
• Lead client discovery sessions to assess business workflows and integration needs

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering, AI engineering, or solution architecture
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in relevant Databricks tools preferred
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into technical solutions
• Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles
