Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership for AI-powered software solutions, the full-time remote Lead Forward Deployed Engineer will guide multidisciplinary teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and oversee the design and deployment of scalable AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customer engagements, leading discovery sessions and architecture discussions
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in delivering enterprise AI and software solutions throughout the development lifecycle
• Architect and oversee the development of AI-enabled applications and establish best practices for software engineering and governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related technical roles
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams delivering enterprise software solutions
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
